The first step in solving any problem is recognizing there is a problem to solve. In discovery, we identify a starting line, establish a baseline of biomarkers and create awareness of current habits.

We look into habits that haven’t been serving you, whether that is under-eating or chronic dieting, etc. Then we work together to come up with a customized nutrition plan that fits where you are at to help get you where you want to go. That could mean reverse-dieting first before going into a fat-loss phase.

This would help improve metabolism, thyroid function, sex hormones, and overall health. Most clients work with me 6-12 months.

As a personal trainer in the Plymouth, MN area, I’ve seen customized nutrition plans make a HUGE difference for ALL of my clients who use them, but especially for athletes and other active individuals.

A few of the key factors my coaching program includes is constant accountability check-ins that help us monitor your biofeedback markers such as hunger levels, stress, sleep, mood, and libido. You will have 24/7 access to me for any questions or additional education between check-ins.

Towards the end of your program, the goal is to confidently move you forward with the ability to adapt on your own. Slowly wearing off tracking macronutrients while still maintaining results. Maintaining habits and skills that were developed throughout the program. Solidify self awareness skills that allow for adaptation when stressful or new situations arise.
