I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science: Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and a minor in Nutrition. I also have certifications as a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor. I love working with active people who want to feel and look their best without giving up their favorite foods.
