Before being with BK, I struggled with getting a good routine and having the motivation to track my food and exercise. I also was afraid of carbs, which seems very silly now! From 2017-2020 I was able to reduce my body fat 8-10% before I got pregnant in the spring of 2020. I had gestational hypertension in my first pregnancy, so I was anxious to stay healthy throughout my second pregnancy, which I did!. My son was born only 12 hours after my most recent BK workout with only a 3.5 hour labor! I came back postpartum and have been working on getting back into shape with BK’s guidance (slow and steady!). BK is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and body mechanics. Bk’s workouts are so intelligently planned for each month. Her workouts are well thought out and they are always fresh, new and fun!

I’ll be 56 years old in May and I am stronger than I have ever been. With BK’s programming I am almost able to do an unassisted pull up. It’s been one of my goals for a long time, this is huge for me!

I have been a runner since I was 13 years old, I have run over 15 marathons. Now I run for joy and fitness. As I age, hills have become more difficult, but I can totally tell that all of the strength I have gained in my legs and glutes has allowed me to have more power to conquer hills.

I could go on and on but I’ll close with this … BK knows the body. She has the knowledge of a Physical Therapist. She watches us closely as we perform our exercises and makes corrections when needed. Which can be game changers to do the lift correctly for the most gains.

“I started my weight loss and gym journey when I was 40. I never thought I was severely overweight but after having my second child and turning 40, I couldn’t eat what I wanted any longer. With that, I tested out the gym, which gave me high anxiety because I didn’t know what I was doing. I successfully completed a few 60 day challenges. When I say I completed a few, it was a yo-yo because I can do anything for 60 days at a time. But the key was consistency, and I didn’t find that until I started working out with BK.
