Hello and welcome to BK’s Fitness & Nutrition Coaching – I’m your Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Fitness Coach! My name is Brittney but most call me BK. I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science: Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and a minor in Nutrition. I also have certifications as a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor. I love working with active people who want to feel and look their best without giving up their favorite foods. My virtual clients are located throughout the country but I work in person with people in Hennepin County, MN, including Plymouth, Maple Grove, Golden Valley, and surrounding areas.
